Please note that due to liquidating we will no longer be accepting most refunds and all exchange requests with the possible exception being for damaged products. Damaged items are dealt with on a case by case basis and may be exempt from the restock fee. Backordered items are exempt from the restock fee if refunded prior to shipping. Customers are responsible for making sure the correct payment information is placed during checkout. If you placed the wrong payment information we may be unable to issue a refund. Customers are also responsible for shipping fees and should be aware that refunds may take up to ten business days to process.
